Leek Soup

2 stalks leeks -- sliced
mushrooms -- optional
3 tablespoons butter
3 cups beef broth -- to thicken

Cook leeks and mushrooms (optional) in butter until soft. Add broth and simmer until hot. Thicken with flour. Serve
