1 1/2 lb Lean beef; cut into 1" cubes
1 tb Vegetable oil
6 c Water
1 Onion; diced
2 Carrots; sliced
1/2 c Celery; chopped
2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Parsley flakes
1 Bay leaf
1 1/2 ts Sweet basil
1 cl Garlic
1 cn Cut green beans; drained (16 oz)
1 Jar Great Northern beans (15 oz)
1 cn Tomatoes; cut into bite size pieces (8 oz)
4 oz Polish sausage; thinly sliced
2 oz Fine noodles

Heat cooker, add oil and brown meat. Add water, onions, carrots, celery, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, bay leaf, sweet basil, and garlic. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and COOK 15 MINUTES with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure drop on its own accord. Add green beans, great northern beans, tomatoes, Polish sausage and noodles. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
