1 lb. ground beef (optional)
1 onion, chopped
6 1/2 c. water
5 bouillon cubes
1 lg. can peeled tomatoes (cut into bite size pieces)
1 can Veg-All (including liquid)
1/2 c. orzo (not cooked)
Brown hamburger with onion. Add water, bouillon and tomatoes and simmer for 45 minutes. Add Veg-All and orzo and simmer for 15 more minutes. It is even better the next day.
