Peas (1 bag split pea)
Ham shank bone
1 sm. potato
In large pot bring 7 cups of water to boil with ham shank bone and 1 bag peas. Cover and simmer until meat comes off bone, about 2 hours. Add potato, carrot, onion and celery and continue to cook until all is tender. Puree peas and vegetables and add ham to puree.
