1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
Chopped peanuts for garnish
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 soup can of milk
Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender. Blend soup and peanut butter with vegetables until smooth. Add milk, simmer. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
