Sausage Soup

1 lb. R.B. Rice's sausage (medium)
3 green peppers, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed under water
2 cans stewed tomatoes
6 or 7 med. potatoes, diced

Crumble sausage, like hamburger, and brown. As you are cooking sausage, add onions and green peppers. In a separate saucepan, cook potatoes covered with water. Salt and pepper to taste. When almost done add meat mixture, then tomatoes, and kidney beans. May need additional salt and pepper. Serve.
