Shrimp Corn Chowder

1/4 c. green onions, chopped
Minced garlic
1 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of potato soup
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 can whole kernel corn with juice
2 c. milk or cream
1 1/2-2 lb. peeled raw shrimp


Saute onions in butter. Add soup, cream cheese, corn and milk. Bring just to a boil. Add shrimp, simmer 7 minutes.
