Shrimp Okra Gumbo

3 lbs. shrimp, peeled
1 pkg. frozen green seasonings
1 pkg. smothered okra
Seasoning: garlic powder, onion powder, LA hot sauce and water
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/3 c. Crisco or olive oil
1 tbsp. roux (can use Savoie's Roux mix)

Brown onions in olive oil or Crisco. Add greens, okra and stir. Let cook for about 10 or 15 minutes. Put in shrimp and stir. Cover and cook until shrimp is pink. Put water to about 2 inches from top of pot. Add seasoning and roux. Stir and let come to a boil on high fire. Turn fire on medium and let cook until shrimp is fully cooked.
