Shrimp Soup

1/2 lb. cooked sm. shrimp
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. peas
2 c. skim milk


In cooking pot combine all ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Calories: 120 per cup. Optional: Instead of stewed tomatoes, use 3 medium fresh tomatoes. In frying pan, cut up whole tomatoes. Add pepper and onion. Cover and let simmer until tomatoes have cooked down.
