Swedish Fruit Soup
2 pkgs. mixed dried fruit
10 c. water
1 stick cinnamon
6 oz. golden raisins
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 c. orange juice
1 box unsweetened frozen raspberries
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Cook slowly, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Let stand for 1 hour before using or storing. Gets better with time. Lasts for weeks. Good warm or cold. (3 quarts)
