Turkey Vegetable Soup

2 lbs. ground turkey
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 c. bay leaves
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. carrots
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. onion flakes
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 can green beans
2 c. cabbage
Optional: a handful of rice or noodles

Fry up turkey and drain grease. Add all ingredients to a pot and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Low calorie.
