Wild Rice and Ham Soup

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 c. wild rice (cooked)
2 c. diced, cooked ham
1 lg. carrot, shredded

Combine all of the above ingredients into a 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Heat thoroughly. Serves 6 to 8.
