Zucchini Soups

1 lb. of ground meat or sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 med. zucchini, chopped
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper


Place first set of ingredients in soup pot and cook over medium high heat until meat is well browned and no trace of pink remains. Add second set of ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
